Your donation has made a difference in the life of Mr. Khamdeng and his family.   Khamdeng is 29 years old and is married with 5 children.  Together with his family, they live in Gabood Village in Tha Kaek District, in Khammuane Province of the Lao PDR.

He and his family farm sticky rice in the fields surrounding their village.  Khamdengʼs family get their drinking water from shallow wells around their house, and in the rainy season from cisterns which collect rainfall.  Your gift has enabled Khamdeng and his family to adequately treat their water to remove water born diseases currently present in their drinking water sources.

You have also helped to reduce the amount of time and energy Khamdengʼs wife spends collecting fuel for boiling drinking water, due to the decreased need for other water treatment at Khamdengʼs household. Thank You!
