Mrs. Ngo is happy to stop buying expensive water
Mrs. Ngo is 40 yrs old. She lives with her husband and 4 children in Gai Kia village, in Tha Kaek district of Khammouan province.
She and her family are sticky rice farmers. Up until now she was forced to purchase all drinking water from expensive delivery companies.
