Mr. Somphan and his family of 11 have access to clean water!

Mr. Somphan is the village headman in the village of Tharn in Laos. He is 45 and has 11 people in his family. He has been a rice farmer for many years.

His normal water source is the village well, but this needs to be treated or boiled before drinking to prevent sickness.
